Hello and welcome to the Jont Store at jontnet.com – my name’s Lee and I run things for Jont at his label, Unlit Records. It’s just him and me at the moment, which keeps things simple when it comes to processing your orders and keeping things running smoothly.

Here are some answers to questions you may have.

What do you sell?

Well, since you ask, we sell Jont’s music and merchandise. These include t-shirts, CDs, downloads and is the first place to get hold of his new album “Whole Again”.

Why should I buy here over other places like Amazon, itunes etc?

Well the best reason is that in doing so you get to deal with us directly – we’re able to give you a more personal level of customer service and more of your hard-earned money goes towards keeping Jont on the road and making music.

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship from our (non-evil) headquarters in North London and we’ll happily ship worldwide.

How long will deliveries take?

We post all items first class, and so should be received in the UK within a few days. International orders will take slightly longer.

What payment methods to you accept?

Currently we accept payments via Paypal - the world's most popular online payment service. We used to also accept payments by Google Checkout, but it just got confusing...if for some reason you'd rather use it instead of Paypal email lee@unlitrecords.com and it can be arranged.

How will I receive my digital downloads?

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive two emails – first an order confirmation, then a second email containing your personalised download link. In order to receive this it’s vital you enter the correct email address. The download link will expire after two downloads and/or one month.

My digital download order is complete but I haven’t received my download link

You should receive your second email automatically within ten minutes of your order. If you can’t find yours please check your spam folder and wait 24 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived please email lee@unlitrecords.com.

What do I need to play my downloads?

Your audio files are standard mp3 files and will play on any device.
